RESOLUÇÃO N º 586/2010

Designa Comissão Apuradora para as eleições 2010.

O TRIBUNAL REGIONAL ELEITORAL DO PARANÁ, usando das atribuições que lhe são conferidas pelo art. 18, inciso VI, do seu Regimento Interno, e tendo em vista o disposto no art. 199, do Código Eleitoral, e art. 129 da Resolução-TSE nº 23.218, de 02/03/2010,

R E S O L V E

Nomear o Des. Irajá Romeo Prestes Mattar, Corregedor Regional Eleitoral, os Drs.Roberto Antonio Massaro e Marcelo Malucelli, Juízes deste Tribunal Regional Eleitoral, para, sob a presidência do primeiro, constituírem a Comissão Apuradora das eleições a serem realizadas em 3 de outubro de 2010, em 1º turno, e em 2º turno, se houver.
