RESOLUÇÃO Nº 580/2010

O TRIBUNAL REGIONAL ELEITORAL DO PARANÁ, no uso de suas atribuições legais, com fundamento no § 3º do artigo 96, da Lei nº 9.504 de 30.09.97 e no § 2º do art. 2º, da Resolução /TSE nº 23.193/2009.

R E S O L V E

Art. 1º Designar o Excelentíssimo Doutor Nicolau Kondel Junior, substituto na classe de Juiz Federal para exercer a função de Juiz Auxiliar deste Tribunal, em substituição ao Excelentíssimo Doutor Marcos Roberto Araújo dos Santos, em face do término de seu biênio como Juiz Substituto na classe de Juiz Federal, junto a este Tribunal.

Art. 2º A presente Resolução entra em vigor nesta data.
