RESOLUÇÃO Nº 569/2009

O TRIBUNAL REGIONAL ELEITORAL DO PARANÁ, no uso de suas atribuições legais,

Considerando a inauguração, em breve, dos Fóruns Eleitorais de Rio Branco do Sul, Campina Grande do Sul, Prudentópolis, Paranacity, Mandaguari, Guaratuba e Matinhos, e prestando justa homenagem aos Excelentíssimos Senhores Desembargadores, Juízes Eleitorais e Advogados do Estado do Paraná;

R E S O L V E:

Art. 1º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Rio Branco do Sul de “Desembargador JOSÉ MUNHOZ DE MELLO”;

Art. 2º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Campina Grande do Sul de “Doutor NEI ROBERTO GUIMARÃES”;

Art. 3º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Prudentópolis de “Doutor MOACYR DE MOURA CORDEIRO”;

Art. 4º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Paranacity de “Doutor KOFO TAMAYOSE”;

Art. 5º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Mandaguari de “Doutor WALDEMAR FERRAZ DE CAMARGO”;

Art. 6º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Guaratuba de “Doutor SIDDHARTHA RAYMUNDO CASAGRANDE”;

Art. 7º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Matinhos de “Desembargador JOAQUIM ANTONIO DE OLIVEIRA PORTES”;

Art. 8º A presente Resolução entra em vigor nesta data.
