RESOLUÇÃO Nº 554/2009

O TRIBUNAL REGIONAL ELEITORAL DO PARANÁ, no uso de suas atribuições legais,

Considerando a inauguração, em breve, dos Fóruns Eleitorais de Capanema, Dois Vizinhos, Ivaiporã e de Telêmaco Borba, e prestando justa homenagem póstuma aos Desembargadores Athos Moraes de Castro Vellozo, Ivan Ordine Righi e Francisco José Ferreira Muniz e à ex-Procuradora Regional Eleitoral e Procuradora da República, Doutora Odília Ferreira da Luz Oliveira;

R E S O L V E:

Art. 1º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Capanema de “DES. ATHOS MORAES DE CASTRO VELLOZO”;

Art. 2º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Dois Vizinhos de “DES. IVAN ORDINE RIGHI”;

Art. 3º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Ivaiporã de “DES. FRANCISCO JOSÉ FERREIRA MUNIZ”;

Art. 4º Denominar o prédio do Fórum Eleitoral de Telêmaco Borba de “DRA. ODÍLIA FERREIRA DA LUZ OLIVEIRA”;

Art. 5º A presente Resolução entra em vigor nesta data.
