RESOLUÇÃO Nº 491/2006

O TRIBUNAL REGIONAL ELEITORAL DO PARANÁ, no uso de suas atribuições legais, com fundamento no parágrafo 3º do artigo 96 da Lei nº 9.504 de 30.09.97 e artigo 1º da Resolução nº 22.142 de 02.03.2006,

R E S O L V E

Art. 1º Designar a Excelentíssima Doutora Gisele Lemke, substituta na classe de Juiz Federal para exercer a função de Juiz Auxiliar deste Tribunal, em substituição ao Excelentíssimo Doutor Márcio Antonio Rocha, em face do término de seu biênio como Juiz substituto na classe de Juiz Federal, junto a este Tribunal.

Art. 2º A presente Resolução entra em vigor nesta data.
